ZEUS LOBSTERPractical tools. Human purpose.

Built for local business

Less busywork.
More business.

You know your business.
We build the tools that help it run.

Websites, organizing tools and helpful AI assistants—built around the way you work, not the other way around.

For shops, trades, service teams and people who wear every hat.

01 / What we can build

Three ways to make
the day a little easier.

No need to arrive with a technical plan. Bring us the task you’re tired of doing the hard way.

01Get found

Websites that
work for you.

A clear, mobile-friendly home for your business. Help people understand what you do and make it easy to take the next step.

  • Business websites & landing pages
  • Services, menus, galleries & contact
  • Booking or quote-request connections
  • Refreshes for an outdated site
A useful first projectA service page with your work, service area and an easy way to request a quote.

02Get organized

A clearer view
of the daily work.

Bring the details out of scattered notes and spreadsheets. Build a simple tool around the process your team actually follows.

  • Inventory & low-stock reminders
  • Scheduling, jobs & team checklists
  • Orders, suppliers & status tracking
  • Customer follow-ups & reporting
A useful first projectA stock board that shows what’s running low and what needs to be ordered.

02 / Picture it in your business

What keeps landing
back on your to-do list?

These are starting-point ideas, not one-size-fits-all packages. We shape the tool around your workflow.

Ideas for your business

More time on the shop floor.

Keep the shelves, the orders and the customer questions easier to manage.

01

Know what needs restocking

A simple stock view with low-stock reminders and supplier details.

02

Keep special orders together

Track requests, arrival dates and customer follow-ups in one place.

03

Make the basics easy to find

A website and Q&A helper for hours, location, services and store policies.

Don’t see your business here? If there’s a repetitive task, a messy handoff or a question you answer every day, let’s start there.

03 / A practical way to start

One useful improvement.
Then the next.

We agree on the scope, price, running costs and support before the build. No mystery package.

  1. 01

    Show us the friction

Walk us through the task, what you use now, and where things slow down.

  2. 02

    Pick a small first win

Agree on a focused starting point, what it should do and how you’ll know it helps.

  3. 03

    Try it with real work

Review a working version, test the flow and refine it with the people who will use it.

  4. 04

    Launch with a handover

Know how to use it, who has access, and what ongoing maintenance or support includes.

04 / Let’s build something useful

What would make
your day easier?

You don’t need the perfect idea. Tell us a little about your business and the task that takes more effort than it should.

Simple is a good starting point.

Sometimes the answer is a better website. Sometimes it’s a small tool or a connection between tools you already use. We’ll work through the fit with you.

Good questions

Before we talk.

Do I need to understand AI or technology?

No. You know the work; we help translate the problem into a useful tool. A straightforward website or checklist can be the right answer—AI isn’t a requirement.

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?

Not necessarily. We look at what’s working first. Connections depend on the access and integrations your existing tools support, so we check that before agreeing on the build.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. We agree on the build, any hosting or third-party costs, and support needs before work starts. A focused first project helps keep the decision clear.

Will an AI assistant run things on its own?

We start with a clear job and information you approve. A Q&A helper can answer common questions and hand off uncertain requests to a person. Anything that changes records, places orders or books appointments needs separately agreed controls and testing.

Can you help after the launch?

Handover, maintenance and ongoing support are part of the scope discussion. We’ll make clear what’s included, who keeps information updated, and how changes will be handled.
